PET’s Integrated Management System (IMS) provides the framework for continuous improvement of our services and quality of our completed work, the safety of our people and the protection of our environment.
PET’s IMS incorporates all necessary elements of the Quality Assurance, Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Management components as prescribed by the relevant standards, legislation and codes of practice.
- Our Work Health and Safety Management System is accredited to ISO 45001 standards. PET managers, supervisors and employees have suitable training to ensure a successful project.
- The commitment to safety is an inherent part of our business as usual. We have an obligation to ensure that our people leave work as they arrived – safely. PET brings this commitment of a safety conscious culture to all of our work.
- Our Quality Management system is accredited to AS/NZS 9001 standards. It incorporates not only the work we do but the whole process from supplier to the final delivery of the finished goods. We develop and implement individual Quality Plans for each project we carry out.
- Our Environment Management System is accredited to ISO 14001 standards.
- We develop and implement project specific Environmental Management Plans which include measures to eliminate or control any impact the work we are involved in has on current and future environments. Our environmental plans also incorporate the use of waste minimisation strategies, renewable energies and energy saving devices wherever possible.
