Improve Reliability of Cronulla STP –
Cronulla Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) was upgraded from a primary to a tertiary STP in 2001. Detailed audits identified many mechanical, electrical and civil assets were now past their design life and showing signs of fatigue, corrosion and poor reliability.
The aim of this project was to improve reliability and robustness and to renew and refurbish deteriorated mechanical assets in the old plant.
