Design & Installation of New Systems –
PET was awarded the contract to replace aging critical operational equipment associated with the heating system for the digesters at Kincumber Sewage Treatment Plant (STP). The works form the first phase of the overall proposed refurbishment of the digesters at Kincumber STP.
PET is responsible for the design, supply and installation of new systems and associated equipment to replace the existing hot water heaters, heat exchangers, waste gas system and the installation of a Principal supplied Sludge Strain Press, Gas Flow meter/s equipment, and refurbishment of some fittings.
The Digesters and associated processes are kept on-line and operational during the course of the hot water heater replacement / refurbishment works. At least one digester is fully functional and operational at all times.
